Jack was a wonderfully dedicated volunteer for the Red Cross and had many many talents. I will surely miss his wisdom and advice on all things "Tour de Triad" related. I knew that I could call on Jack when I had a question or needed guidance. I considered Jack a friend as well and I am certainly better off for knowing him. I will miss seeing him walk through our chapter doors with that bright yellow helmet in hand.

I was fortunate to know Jack at work and enjoyed his humor and friendship. He always offered up a "bright side" to whatever topic was at hand and typically had a solution to the most dire of circumstances. His wit and presence is and always will be missed. I will think of you each day dear friend.

Sue, Kevin, Chris, Stephanie, and Carter. You of Jack's immediate family may miss him more than most. Over the last 33 years, barring sickness, vacations, or other planned and unplanned absences from work, I interacted with Jack. We shared the same spaces, solved the same problems, and by and large worked as a team. Sometomes the team members shouted at each other, but they always were and always will be friends. I miss him now and always will until we are together once more.
So long, my friend.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I remember skating at Hawkins! Years ago with the Sneads and admiring the amount of speed "little Jack" would build going around the rink. And then watching the family dance, do free-style and participate in all other functions. My deepest sympathy to each of you.

Sue, Kevin and Chris...Jack was a classic. His presence and sense of humor will be missed. We love you.

This was a real shock to hear the loss of Jack. Jack & I worked together for a long time. He was very devoted referee and he gave his most all the time. I worked with Jack's parents for a number of years. I had not been close to Jack for several years, but it sure sounds like he led a very productive life and he contributed an awful lot. I wish to send my deepest sympathy to the family.

I enjoyed working with Jack over the past 10 years. There was never a dull moment with him - he had the ability to always make people laugh. We had many good conversations about a hobby we both shared. I will greatly miss him and it will never be the same without hearing his voice ring out over the entire office.
