Jack D. Stevens

Jack Stevens age78 of Adrian, died on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at his home under the care of Hospice. He was born July 28, 1938 in Tecumseh, Michigan to Clifton and Ella Mae (Maltby) Stevens. He married Sue A. Dennis on November 6, 1960 and she survives. Jack enjoyed farming and sports. Surviving Jack, besides his wife Sue, is a daughter, Jackie (Ed) June of Oregon, OH; three sons, Jim Stevens of Hillsdale, MI, Scott (Christina) Stevens of Lincoln Park, MI, Christopher Stevens of Oregon, OH; a sister, Jane (Eugene) Boss of Adrian, MI. and nine grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and a niece and nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Janice Garmon and a brother Jerry Stevens. Funeral Services for Jack will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home in Adrian, Michigan with Reverend Greg Burdine officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 9, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home. Burial of Jack's cremains will be at a later date in Raisin Valley Cemetery.
