Jack Edward Thompson II, age 66, passed away on December 12, 2025. Born on April 9, 1959, Jack was known for his quick wit, infectious sense of humor, and deep love for his family.
Jack enjoyed fishing and spending time with those he loved. He will be remembered for his laughter and the joy he brought into the lives of others.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Thompson; his parents, Jack Thompson and Leatrice Leonhardt; and his brother, Dave Ferguson.
He is survived by his children, Melissa Thompson and Jack Thompson III; his son-in-law, Matt Miller (husband of Jack Thompson III); his grandchildren, Aidan Thompson, Landyn Thompson, and Vayda Thomas; his brothers, Steve Ferguson and Bill Ferguson; his sisters-in-law, Julie Ferguson (wife of Steve Ferguson) and Liz Ferguson (wife of Bill Ferguson); and his dear friend, Billy Hammond.
Jack will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him. His legacy of laughter, love, and family will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
Cremation has taken place.. No services are planned at this time.
