It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Egan Tippets, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend and veteran. Born on February 18, 1943, in Morenci, Arizona, Jack left this world on September 2, 2024, at his home in Show Low, Arizona, surrounded by his devoted family.

A proud veteran of the Coast Guard, Jack dedicated himself to serving our great nation with honor. His commitment to service extended beyond his military duties, as he successfully served his family, friends, community, church, and owned and operated various businesses, including Wagon Wheel Flooring.

Jack's unwavering dedication to life and whole-hearted approach touched the hearts of all who knew him. From painting his children's faces every Halloween to singing and dancing with his grandchildren, Jack's love for his family was truly unmatched. He will be remembered for his nurturing spirit, genuine kindness, generosity and wisdom beyond his years.

A man of many talents, Jack was actively involved in theatre, both directing and acting in multiple productions. He was a gifted musician, adept at playing the guitar and singing, often sharing his love for music at family gatherings and community events. His melodies not only entertained but also brought people together, creating cherished memories that will linger in the hearts of family and friends alike.

As a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he was sealed in the Mesa Arizona Temple to his beloved wife, Kathryn, for time and eternity, embodying principles of faith, loyalty, and love. As a devoted husband to his wife for over 60 years he exemplified unconditional love and partnership. The two were known for their playful banter and unwavering support for each other, raising a family grounded in love and loyalty. Their home was a sanctuary of warmth, filled with laughter, Sunday dinners, and the sweet sound of music.

He taught his children the importance of family, the value of hard work, generosity, and

compassion. Every holiday, birthday, and life milestone celebrated with Jack, offered words of wisdom, a loving hug, or dry humor that brought everyone together.

Jack is survived by his loving wife Kathryn, his five children and their spouses, Kristen (Jack) Pollard, Jennifer (Bill) Haltom, Matthew (Sunshine) Tippets, Maren (Russ) Crossman, Mark (Laura) Tippets, 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

His legacy is one of unwavering love, joyful gatherings, and a family bond that remains

unbreakable. Jack's spirit will live on in the countless lives he touched, the music he shared, and the laughter that will echo through generations. His family plans to honor him with a graveside service to take place Friday September 6, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Show Low Cemetery. Family, friends, and acquaintances are invited to join in honoring Jack's remarkable life and bidding him a peaceful farewell.
