CASSTOWN - Jack E. Walker, 71, of Casstown, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025, in Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.
Jack was born on March 31, 1954, in Miami County, Ohio to the late Harold and Helen (Hissong) Walker.
Jack loved spending time with his family and enjoyed working on cars and hanging out in the "barage".
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sandy Walker; daughters, Molly (Matt) Murphy, Megan (Coleby Carnes) Calicoat, and Staci Bruggeman; grandchildren, Caleb (Savannah) Murphy, Colton Murphy, Cody Calicoat, Lilyan Bruggeman, Nathaniel Bruggeman, Jr., and Izaiah Bruggeman; and great-grandson, Bennett Reed Murphy, due in January, 2026; sisters, Linda (Martin) Dieperink, Shirley (Kim) Thorpe; and brother, Gene (Jeanne) Walker.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the family's convenience. Arrangements have been entrusted to Suber, Shively & Vernon Funeral Home, Fletcher, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Miami East Scholarship Fund, c/o The Troy Foundation (216 W. Franklin St., Troy, Ohio 45373). Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.vernonfh.com.
