Jackie Arnold Obituary
A native of Washington County, he was born on February 28, 1934 to the late Arvin Wallace and Myrtle Lee Washburn Arnold.
He was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church, a United States Army Veteran, a lifelong farmer and livestock dealer.
Preceding him in death was a son, Jackie Lee Arnold on March 6, 2014; an infant granddaughter, Allison Cocanougher on August 26, 1983; two sisters, Anna Kathryn Dye on May 10, 2001 and Betsy Lou Bradshaw on November 18, 2022 and a brother, Larry Lee Arnold on June 27, 1947.
Survivors include two daughters, Cathy Cocanougher of Mitchellsburg and Victoria Arnold of Springfield; four grandchildren, Valerie Cocanougher, Abigail Cocanougher, Jared Arnold (Lataina) and Rachel Nally (Channing) and three great grandchildren, Patrick Arnold, Levi Arnold and Aurora Nally.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 3rd at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with David Tingle, officiating.
Burial will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Friday and after 8:00 Saturday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
