Jackie Wayne Cunningham

Jackie Wayne Cunningham Sr. age 72, of Charlotte, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on December 27, 2025 surrounded by the love of his family.
He was born on January 25th, 1953 to the late Woodrow Wilson and Dovie Arnold Cunningham of Dickson County. Jackie was a loving husband, dad, brother and grandfather whose life was centered around fishing and family. He worked with boats for 45 years & loved his family deeply, and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. He loved spending time outdoors drag racing, he enjoyed building furniture, hunting, fishing, going to car shows and riding with the motorcycle club but his greatest joy was always his family and building boats.
Jackie is survived by his devoted wife, Mary Coleman Cunningham, two sons Jackie Jr (Christy) & Joseph, three daughters Missy, Kayla (Mainor) & Chanda, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, along with his one brother; three sisters; other relatives and many friends who will carry his memory in their hearts. He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents as well as his brothers and buddies, who welcomed him home.
Visitation and funeral services will be at Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and will resume on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at 1:00 P.M. Interment will follow in Millers Chapel Freewill Baptist Cemetery in Charlotte, TN
