It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jack Robert Lenardson, a beloved father, grandfather, husband, and friend. Jack peacefully passed away on November 5, 2025, surrounded by his family, at the age of 64.
Born on January 12, 1961, in Peru Indiana, Jack grew up with a passion for the outdoors and a deep love for his family and friends. He went on to serve his country in the United States Army where he served in Desert Storm. This is where he earned commendations for his dedication and courage.
After his service, Jack returned to Emerson, Ga and began a long career in Custodial for Bartow county school system for 11 years, Known for his meticulous work ethic, he played a key role in several after school activities and functions.
Outside of work, Jack was an avid outdoorsman who loved hiking, fishing, and camping with his family. He spent countless weekends in the fishing, passing on his love for nature to his children and grandchildren.
Jack is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Cathy Lenardson; his four children, David and Samantha, Matthew, Jack jr and Jenniffer and Mike Lenardson; his eight grandchildren, Chandler and Mckayla, Christopher, Nicholas, Zoe, Chloe, Elizabeth, Brittany, Tyler and Jacob. Two great grandchildren, Emma and Norella
Jack will be remembered for his generosity, his dedication to family, and his unwavering faith. His spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
