Jackie Elaine Sherbert, 75, of Campobello, SC, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at her home. Jackie was born in Mooresville, NC on November 14, 1949, a daughter of the late Margaret (Treadaway) and Thomas Franklin Riley. She was the widow of Herbert Ray Sherbert. Her survivors include, two daughters, Jayna Rae Sherbert and Rebecca Elane Atkinson (Daniel); a special son-in-law, Roy Atkinson; a brother, Jimmy "JR" Riley (Debbie); a sister, Jane "Mickie" Holden; eight grandchildren, Lucas Ray Sherbert, Dakota Ray Sherbert, Jayden Ray Sherbert, Alexandria Bryan Cothran, KyLee Raylan Rogers, Draylon TyRee Rogers, Deziree Rogers and Sophia Rogers two great grandchildren, Kingston James Sherbert and Cooper Ray Sherbert(arriving in September); and her beloved fur baby Gizmo.
Jackie was a member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church and was retired from USCS as an administrative assistant and had worked at Chapman High School in the guidance office.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 10:00 until 10:45 AM at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Scott Lewellen and Rev. Gary Hensley officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be, Lucas Sherbert, Dakota Sherbert, Jayden Sherbert, Chandler Riley, Logan Riley and Billy Mace.
The family of Mrs. Sherbert would like to especially thank her daughter and grandchildren, Jayna Ray Sherbert, Dakota Sherbert and Jayden Sherbert for all of the special care given to Jackie.
