Jackson was born in
Columbia, SC, a son of Jack G. Vallentine, III and Teresa Cook Vallentine. He was a graduate of Branchville High School and was currently attending Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College for automotive technology. Jackson was a member of the Boy Scouts of America. Those who knew Jackson, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. He always showed up for everyone that called and needed him. Jackson's happy place was the outdoors. He loved to plant vegetables, hunt, fish and, most of all, cookouts. He loved animals, Uzi and Sally, were his beloved dogs and his pet turtle, named Turtle. Jackson always told you he loved you.
Jackson will be missed everyday by his family; his father and mother, Jack G. Vallentine, III and Teresa Cook Vallentine; brothers and sisters, Mary Grace Vallentine, Philip Schneider, Justin Schneider, Jacqueline Kane, Jeffery Vallentine, Jack Gray Vallentine IV (Debbie), and Jennifer B. Yates (Rory); grandparents, Truett and Mary Mack, Wilbur and Melba Cook; aunts and uncles, Greg and Jan Smith, Eddie and Chris Cook; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
We know Jackson is now our forever Angel and will always be loved here on earth as well as in Heaven.
