Jacob C. Bressler, age 88, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
He was born April 7, 1937 to the late Sylvester Isaiah and Effie Mae (Brown) Bressler in Lansing, Michigan. Jacob was a U.S. Army veteran and spent his life working as a stonemason. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and spending quality time with his friends.
He is survived by his children, Robin & (Dennis) Meadows, Sandra & (Gary) Strunk, Patricia & (Glen) Clark, and Jacob Jr. & (Carolyn) Bressler; his girlfriend, Marie Hamilton; a special friend, Dale Strunk; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Janet Marie Bressler.
A graveside service will be held Monday, March 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Barren Fork Cemetery in Whitley City, Kentucky.
