My husband and I will miss Jacob. What a warm, friendly personality and always there to help when I called, which was a lot. Jacob was my IT man for 10 years and I could always depend upon him. My sincere condolences to his wife, children, family and many friends. Jacob you will be missed!

Jacob, God rest his soul, was always willing to come to my aid whenever my computer was being its frequently recalcitrant self. He never failed to fix the problem, and was a delight to be around. I shall miss his gracious presence, and wish him peace and happiness with his family members who have preceded him in the Hereafter.

Jacob was my IT guru! His sly smile and gentle nature were infectious. Whenever I needed help, he would be there. I´ll always remember him telling me each and every time he came to undo whatever I had done "Miss Irma, you have an IPod, IPad, iPhone, Laptop and Desktop. I´ve programmed them for you to be interconnected. They all do the same thing. Do you really need all of them?" I would smile and he would too. God speed Jacob, a gentle giant.
