Jake is survived by his mother, Suellen(Schreiner) Kostal; daughter, Kaitlyn Kostal; son, Justice Kostal (Jillian); sister, Melanie Hogan (Jenna); brother, Chrishon Davis; very special niece, Emily Hogan (Savannah).
Jake was preceded in death by his father, Aldrich Lauren Kostal, Jr.

Jake were all gonna miss you , you had a great big heart n you was a good friend to who ever needed one n back in the day you was so full of life , and you are again cause your in Heaven with no more pain or suffering . Until we see you again fly high again and be happy with your new wings ok . And you can watch and laugh at all of us when we have funny moments in our life ok .
