Mr. Jacob Michael Terry

Jacob Michael Terry, 22, of Little Rock died on Tuesday, November 15th, 2011. He was born on December 19th, 1988 to Joey Terry and Lisa Smith in Little Rock. He was a patient coordinator at UAMS. "Cookie" as he was affectionately known, loved music of all kinds including karaoke and he loved to dance. Jacob was preceded in death by his nephew Adrien Terry; his grandparents Pete and Mary Smith, Robert Curtis and Bobby Bennett, and his great grandmother Betty Davenport. He leaves to cherish his memory his father Joey Terry of Conway; his mother and stepfather Lisa and Steve Smith of Malvern; his siblings Josh (Andrea), Melissa, Shannon, Chris and Derek; his nephews Tyler, Kamren, Aydan and Dakota; nieces, Bailey and Taylor; his grandmothers Margaret Hale and Sherry Dean; his uncles Johnny Terry and Jason Bennett; his aunts Teresa Terry, Nikita and Tiffany Dean; his special friend Roger Lee and a host of extended family and friends, all who will miss him dearly. Funeral services will be on Monday, November 21st, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home with burial to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
