Jacqueline "Jackie" DeLia Clifford passed away peacefully on November 6th, 2025, in West Jordan, Utah, at the age of 77 with her children and husband by her side. She was born on March 7th, 1948, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to James and Helen Ardito.
On June 3rd, 1978, Jackie married the love of her life, Mark John Clifford. Together they built a strong and loving family filled with laughter, warmth, and care.
Jackie was a truly spectacular person. Her bright spirit, infectious laugh, and open heart made everyone around her feel like family. She embraced life, finding joy in everyday moments and spreading that joy to everyone she met.
Jackie had a gift for connecting with people. She loved talking with others, learning their stories, and sharing her own. She never missed a chance to brag about her family, and she told stories about them with pride, love, and a sparkle in her eyes.
Throughout her life, Jackie wore many hats. She was a proud first generation Italian American. She was a talented cosmetologist, a compassionate social worker for Hennepin County in Minnesota, a singer and artist, an enthusiastic cook, a devoted homemaker, and, above all, a loving wife, mother, and friend.
Jackie found great joy in traveling and making memories with those she loved. In her younger years, she was a proud member of the Dominic Club and traveled the world, collecting memories and stories she warmly shared with those she loved. She adored music and dance, often tapping her foot to a song or taking any chance to join the dance floor. She loved musicals, singing, shopping, girl's days, and treating herself to a fresh set of nails. Jackie loved being a wife and mother above everything else. She said countless times that her greatest accomplishment was her family. Her favorite moments were always those spent at home, cooking a delicious homemade meal for the people she cherished most, especially Italian food.
Jackie is survived by her beloved husband, Mark Clifford; her children Angela "Angie" Clifford, Joseph "Joe" Clifford, Anthony "Tony" Clifford, Maria "Mia" Small, Kirby Fann, and Nina LeMasurier; her daughter-in-law Brittany Clifford; her son-in-law Phillip "Phil" LeMasurier; and her adored grandchildren Jade Clifford, Anthony Small, Thomas Small, Christopher Small, Mark Clifford, Vincent Clifford, and Hailey LeMasurier.
She is preceded in death by her parents Helen and James Ardito, her brother Jim Ardito, and her sister Judy Ardito, and her niece Anne Marie "Annie" Jensen.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Jackie's life at a funeral service on December 4th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 13955 Peach Hill Road, Moorpark, California.
Jackie brought love and laughter wherever she went, and her light will continue to shine through those who love her. Her kindness, creativity, and spirit will continue to inspire everyone who was blessed to know her. She will be greatly missed.
