A funeral service for Jackie Crudup will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Dr. John Temple officiating. Burial to follow at Rosehill Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.
Mrs. Jackie Crudup, age 82, of Meridian passed away at Baptist Anderson Regional Hospital on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
While attending The University of Southern Mississippi she was in the Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority.
She was a member of Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church where she was active in Ruth Sunday School Class and the choir.
She was a long time member and previous board member of the Meridian Symphony League. She was also a member of Aces of Spades Garden Club, Friends of Merrehope and Crescent Literary Book Club.
She enjoyed playing Bridge with her friends, but most of all she enjoyed traveling to many countries.
Survivors include her children, Bill Crudup of Meridian, MS and Carla Curry of Hattiesburg, MS; grandchildren, Reed K. Curry of Nashville TN, Megan E. Curry of Hattiesburg, MS, Courtney Taylor Walters of Collinsville, MS, Elizabeth Crudup of Collinsville, MS, and Nathan T. Crudup of Vicksburg, MS; great-granddaughter, Annalisa Merrell of Hattiesburg, MS, daughter-in-law, Jo Ann Crudup of Collinsville, MS; sister-in-law, Bobbi Crudup of Meridian, MS; few nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald "Jerry" Crudup; son, Thomas Logan Crudup; siblings, Elizabeth Sartin Jones and Barbara Lynda Gibbs.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Covenant House New Orleans, 611 N. Rampart Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70112, in memory of Jackie Crudup.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the funeral home prior to service.
