Special thanks to the wonderful caregivers, 4100 Unit at Unity Hospital.
Jackie's life story will be shared during her visitation at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, (Between 390 & Long Pond Rd.), Tuesday, October 28th, 4-7 PM. Her funeral mass will be celebrated, Wednesday, October 29th, 9:30 AM at Holy Apostles Church. Immediately following, Jackie will be laid to rest in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Holy Apostles Church, 7 Austin St., Rochester, NY 14606 in Jackie's memory.
