Jacqueline Anne Dow

Jacqueline (Jacki) Anne Dow went to her eternal home with Jesus on February 11, 2026.

She was born on March 25, 1943 to Mary and Bernie Reeves.

Jacki grew up with her 6 brothers and 1 sister and lived in Northeast Minneapolis until she married the love of her life, Bob Dow, and moved to Wisconsin in 1973.

Jacki graduated from a prominent cosmetology school and used her craft to make every person she tended to feel beautiful and dignified.

The Dows raised their four children together, served in local church ministry for 40+ years, and carried a significant role in helping both declare and demonstrate the transforming love of Jesus with people in remote villages in Kenya and Ethiopia for 45+ years.

Jacki's unmatched compassion for others, deep love for her family and friends, and profound devotion to the Lord defined her life.

To name every person whose life Jacki influenced would fill up more books than anyone could imagine. She was a beloved teacher, mentor, and friend to countless people - here and abroad.

Jacki is survived by her husband, Bob, her four children: Jenifer Franzen (husband, Greg), Robert (Bobby) Dow, Evangeline (Angel) Faxon (husband, Rich), and Kathy Lee Stewart (husband, Ben); her 14 grandchildren: Josh, Allie (, Nick and Nate Franzen; Tori, Savannah, Liza, Zoe, Tim, Matt, Jacob, and Micah Faxon; Eli and Olivia Stewart; her 15 great grandchildren; her brothers: Bill, Mike and Dan; and the rest of her big, beautiful, Italian family.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Bernie and Mary Reeves; her brothers: Tom, John, and Mark Reeves, and her sister, Betty.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent to Bob Dow to help cover the costs of the funeral.
