Jacqueline was born October 21, 1937 in Atlanta, GA, daughter of the late Herman C. Allen and the late Mary Herring Allen. She worked for the State of Georgia as an Administration Assistance in the Medicaid Department. She enjoyed watching Judge Judy on television, and loved to go shopping, listening to Elvis Presley and was a huge fan of old country music especially George Jones and Loretta Lynn. What brought much joy to her, was her dog, Oreo and the time she spent playing with him. She was a member of Happy Valley Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Charlie Baity.
Jacqueline is survived by her loving children, daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Donald of Carrollton, Amanda and Billy Morris of Villa Rica, son, Tommy Baity of Villa Rica, sisters, Sara Amason of Locust Grove, Patsy Parker of Jackson, seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 4:00PM until 5:00 PM at J. Collins Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be conducted Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 5:00 PM from the Chapel of J. Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Dyer officiating.

My name is Jessica and I was blessed enough to have had the honor of doing Ms. Jackie´s hair for a little over a year now. She was so sweet and such a spit fire!!! We would sit at the salon while her color was processing and we would talk about her life and how she used to work for Medicaid and the ups and downs of life in general. I absolutely loved having her in my chair and she will be greatly missed! I will be praying for the family and friends to help you all get through this tough time my condolences to you all for we have all lost such a precious lady
