Jacque and her mom were our neighbors for many years. Shortly after they moved in right across the street in the corner house, they had it painted pink and from that moment on, we called it "The pink ladies house." We didn´t know them at the time but we came to know them and they became our friends. Jacque called on me now and then when she needed help fixing something on the house, like refinishing their deck, installing new patio doors, fixing a few windows here and there and snow blowing the driveway. I came to know her as a warm, friendly, and kind person. I missed her after they moved and, sadly lost touch after a few years. But I thought of her often and remembered her fondly. We still call it the pink ladies house to this day. Beth and I wish you well as you travel to the stars Jacque. Until we meet again. Peace be with you.
