Jacqueline Roque

Jacqueline Roque was born on January 13, 2004, in Longview, Texas, to Francisco Roque and Zelia Cadenas. She passed away on December 31, 2025.

Jacqueline will be lovingly remembered for her beautiful heart, gentle spirit, and deep love for her family. She especially cherished spending time with her nephews, who brought her great joy. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, Jacqueline had a strong desire to share God's Word. She faithfully wrote letters daily to family, friends, and even strangers, offering encouragement and hope based on the Bible. Jacqueline loved to talk and visit with her family in Mexico, especially her aunts and her beloved grandfather, Juan Landa.

Jacqueline is survived by her mother, Zelia Roque-Landa, and stepfather, Bernabe Landa; her siblings, Omar Roque, Nancy Roque, Maricela Roque, and Carina Barrios and her husband Rodrigo Barrios; and her cherished nephews, Nael Francisco Barrios and Josue Mauricio Barrios.

Jacqueline será recordada con mucho amor por su hermoso corazón, su espíritu apacible y su profundo amor por su familia. Disfrutaba especialmente pasar tiempo con sus sobrinos, quienes le daban gran alegría. Como Testigo de Jehová, Jacqueline sentía un fuerte deseo de compartir la Palabra de Dios. Diariamente escribía cartas a familiares, amigos e incluso a personas que no conocía, brindando ánimo y esperanza basados en la Biblia. Le encantaba conversar y visitar a su familia en México, en especial a sus tías y a su querido abuelo, Juan Landa.

Le sobreviven su madre, Zelia Roque-Landa, y su padrastro, Bernabe Landa; sus hermanos, Omar Roque, Nancy Roque, Maricela Roque, y Carina Barrios junto a su esposo Rodrigo Barrios; y sus amados sobrinos, Nael Francisco Barrios y Josue Mauricio Barrios.
