"Miss" Jackie was a consummate teacher and a lovely, lovely lady. I knew her from my time with HISD, and she loved and cared for her students and was a wonderful influence on so many young lives. Recently I reconnected with her when she came to Pine Lodge, where my brother was living. She was a joy to talk to and wanted to help me with info to help my brother. Deepest condolences to her family, but I know you are comforted with the knowledge that she is at peace. She will be missed by all who knew her.
