Jacquelyn Ann Kildsig, age 86, of Appleton, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on August 26, 1939, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to the late James & Edna (Mueller) Troxell. Jackie was a vibrant soul who touched the lives of many during her time with us.
Jackie worked as a dedicated legal secretary for 35 years, and she also contributed her time and talent at Curwood Inc. for an additional 10 years. A proud member of St. Andrew's Ev. Lutheran Church, Jackie was known for her warm spirit and her love for her family.
She is survived by her devoted son, Donald (Kathleen) Kildsig, and her son-in-law, Jeff Ray. Jackie also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Joshua (Alicia) Ray, Jessica (Mitch) Ryan, Elaine Kildsig, and Ellen Kildsig (Jacob Muehlbauer), as well as her cherished great-grandchildren, Amelia and Sawyer Ray, and Brody and Bella Ryan. Jackie will be missed dearly by her brother, James Troxell Jr.
In addition to her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, and her daughter, Janet Ray, along with her mother and father-in-law, Elwood and Germaine Kildsig, and her brother-in-law, David Kildsig.
Celebrating Jackie's life will take place as follows: A visitation will be held on November 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-East (402 Waugoo Ave). The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, with a mausoleum service at Lake View Memorial Park at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations should be sent to St. Andrews Church (1100 E Murdock Ave.)
As friends and family gather to honor Jackie, we invite everyone to share memories, laughter, and the joy she brought into our lives. Although we mourn her passing, we will celebrate the incredible legacy she leaves behind through her love and devotion to her family.
The family would like to thank the staff at Thedacare @home hospice and the staff at Heritage Woods Facility for their loving care they gave to Jackie.
