Jacquelyn Christine "Dadak" Reynolds

I've known Jackie for almost all my life-she babysat for my parents when I was very young! Most of all I remember her kindness. She took care of my Aunt Bertha as she aged, and could not have been a more considerate companion. She was always attentive, too, to my mother as she grew old. A great help and comfort to them both.
She also worked on our farm, and my father, who was difficult to impress, was always quite pleased by the way she left the bean field after picking beans--he'd remark on how the bushels were full, but the field looked undisturbed. High praise! But I think it was always in Jackie's nature to be considerate and careful. She was a fine soul, and I will miss her.
