Jacquline Anne Tabor

Jacqueline Anne Tabor (née Broad), age 87, died peacefully in her own home on Sunday, March 15th, 2026. Jacqueline was born on March 24th, 1938, to her mother and father, Louisa and Stanley Broad, in Teddington, England. She was the youngest of six children. Fairly early on she met the love of her life, Earl Kenneth Tabor (Kenny), who was serving in the United States Air Force at the time. They married and moved to the United States, where they began their shared life, spending nearly 30 happy years together. They raised six children, who were her absolute pride and joy. Later in life, she became known for giving her grandchildren tea parties, complete with Penguin Milk Chocolates and water for the kids that were too picky for tea. Family holidays were rich with the handing out of Christmas crackers, easter egg hunts in her yard, handwritten cards, and the joyful chaos of a full house.

Jacqueline was predeceased by her husband, Kenny, who passed away December 20th, 1985, and her son, Todd Tabor, who passed away June 25th, 2025. She was also predeceased by all of her siblings: Henrietta (Hettie), Mary, Gwen, Jill, and Stanley. She is survived by five of her children: Martin Tabor, Matthew Tabor Laura, Kelly Mandel, Tracy Trandell, and Mark Tabor Beth; her twelve grandchildren: Elice, Kenneth Haileé, David, Nicole, Emily Cody, Todd Jr (TJ), Samantha, Christopher Lauren, Cassidy, Jacob, Keira and Evan and her great grandchildren: Maryanne, Kailey, Ezekiel, Violet, Cheyenne, Theodore and Kaiden.

The visitation and church service is scheduled for April 17th, 2026, at Christ Lutheran Church, 12500 Canal Rd., Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48313. Visitation will begin

at 10:00 a.m. and the service begins at 11:00 a.m. There will be a luncheon in the church immediately following the service.
