Jada Marshay Irvin

Jada Marshay Irvin, 50, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2026, at Ascension St. John Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville.

Jada was born on March 22, 1975, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to Marolyn Marie Alberty and Rev. Jonathan H. Irvin. She spent her early years in Bartlesville before moving to Temple, Texas, during her adolescent and young adult years. There, she earned her GED and later pursued her certification in medical billing and coding, as well as becoming a Certified Nurse’s Aide. Her dedication to caring for others reflected her nurturing spirit. After spending time in Texas and later Tulsa, she eventually returned to her beloved hometown of Bartlesville.

From a young age, Jada found joy in cooking and sharing meals with those she loved. Nothing meant more to her than time spent with her family, especially her treasured grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She was a faithful member of Christ Gospel Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and her love for Jesus Christ was unwavering.

Jada was preceded in death by her mother, Marolyn Alberty; her sister, Mykeah Irvin; and her brother, Shannon Irvin.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving father, Elder Jonathan H. Irvin Sr. (Dianne Irvin); her devoted son, Darius Brandon; her beloved grandchildren, Zariah Brandon, Nalijah Brandon, and Savannah Brandon; her brother, Jonathan Irvin, Jr.; her stepsister, Schanel Thomas; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and extended family members.

Jada’s deep and steady love for her son, her grandchildren, and her family will forever be remembered. Her warmth and her faith will continue to live on in all who were blessed to know her.

Visitation for Jada will be held at the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. A funeral service for Jada will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the Great First Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Malvaux, Rev. Jerry Woodall, and Rev. Seth Hemphill officiating. Interment will follow at the White Rose Cemetery. The repast will be held directly after the interment at the Westside Community Center, 501 South Bucy Ave, Bartlesville, OK 74003. Arrangements are under the direction of Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home and Cremation Service of downtown Bartlesville.
