Jade was a retired Forklift Driver for Sams Club.
She is survived by her loving boyfriend, Butch McDaniel; children, Mike McDaniel, Richard McDaniel, Rachael Embry, and Angela McDaniel; grandchildren, Victoria, Michael, Kimberly, Emma, Jessica, Tara, Jazmyn, Lilly, Jake, Corey, and Jaden; 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will 2 P.M. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at J.B. Ratterman & Sons Funerals & Family Cremation Care 2114 W. Market Street. Visitation will be 10 A.M. until the time of service.
