Jade Johns, age 39 of Pittsfield, IL passed away Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. Funeral service will be held at 12 PM, Monday, January 5, 2026, at Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield, IL with visitation to be held prior to the service from 11 AM to 12 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Gray Cemetery in New Salem, IL. Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield is handling the arrangements.
