Jadyn Kimsel

Her Legacy… Jadyn Jean Kimsel, 16, passed away March 3, 2026. She was born on November 5, 2009, in Howell, Michigan to Jeff and Carla (Ebner) Kimsel. She will be remembered as a fiercely independent, family-oriented friend to all. Jadyn spent much of her time participating in the Howell Swim team, where she enjoyed spending her time training, and connecting with her teammates. She also stayed active by riding her bike, going downhill skiing, and spending time outdoors. Jadyn always enjoyed camping with her family and looking forward to going up north to Oscoda to spend time with her cousins. She loved traveling for vacations and going to her friend's lake house where they would swim, enjoy ice cream, and go to Michigan's Adventure.

Jadyn also knew the importance of being true to yourself, regardless of how the world views you. She enjoyed Attack on Titan, Roblox, JoJo's Bizarre Adventures, and she knew that a Dunkin' or Starbucks run is an essential part to every good day. Jadyn cared about everyone, working to become a mentor for younger swimmers and being there for her friends and family. Everyone who met her knows of her loving and caring heart. She was always genuine and always, always loved a hug.

Her Family… Jadyn will be missed deeply by her parents, Jeff & Carla; siblings, Kalvin & Aubrey; grandparents, Pam & John Ebner, Gary & Sherry Kimsel; aunts and uncles, Christine Ebner, Mickey & Amy Kimsel, Joey & Shelly Kimsel, Robby Kimsel, Melissa Kimsel; cousins, Aleigha Good, Kiera Grise, Autumn Kimsel, Dalainey Kimsel, and Corbin Kimsel; her best friends, Teeghan, Olivia, and Kendall; and her swim team community.
