Jaie M. Deschene

Jaie M. Deschene passed away suddenly but peacefully at the young age of 36. She will be forever missed for the great soul and inspiration that she was to so many of us.
Jaie had a true passion for theater. In addition to being a fan of plays and musicals, she herself was a profound writer, director and actress. She worked on many productions in the Boston theater community. She was a brilliant talent, who put her whole heart and soul into every show she was a part of. Jaie was extremely gifted with the voice of an angel. You would often hear her singing songs from various musicals, and of course her beloved Sarah Brightman. Jaie was avid fan of all things horror; Halloween, movies, and especially, true horror stories. Jaie also loved arts and crafts in which she would often teach to her "best friend" and great cousin, 6 1/2 year old Carlie Rose aka "PINKY." Jaie cherished their bond, and the many times they spent together was filled with pure laughter and love.
To say Jaie was a gifted woman is an understatement. She had an unbelievable sense of humor, imagination, and creative mind. One of her many talents was her ability to improvise and create funny stories or songs. She had the skillful ability to keep us listening tentatively, always followed by great laughter. Our family will forever cherish these moments and memories.
On behalf of our family we want to thank everyone for the outpouring of love and memories you have shared. Please keep them coming and keep her memory alive. Jaie has touched many lives, so let's make sure her beautiful legacy lives on.
Jaie was the Beloved daughter of John and Donna (Arsenault) Deschene. She was the loving sister of Robert C. Deschene. She is also survived by her special family friend Bryan Lee, her great cousins Madison, Rylee, Brenna, Carlie "Pinky", Ariella, and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Saturday April 22nd from 2:00pm-5:00pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
