Jamar Freeman Noey Sr. passed into eternal life on September 16, 2022. Jamar was born on March 23, 1982 (3/23 at 3:23) in Orange, California to Cheryse Noey and the late Keith Noey. From California he moved and resided in Atlanta, GA which was truly his home where he made life long friends.
Left to cherish his memories are his mother Cheryse Noey, his great aunt Betty Lloyd, his grandmother Patricia Majors, his aunts, Wanda Irvin, Donna Miller, Linda Miller, his daughter J'Naiya Noey, his son Jamar Freeman Noey, Jr., his cousins and many, many friends whose hearts he touched.
He left us too soon. You are loved son, and will be truly missed.
