James H. Akey

I knew Jim during high school at the old WAUSAU SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL during the years 1948-1951, our graduating year. I was editor-in-chief of our high school annual (WAHISCAN) and Jim was snapshot-editor.. we worked together, closely, on the project and other occasions.. and JIM produced one of, if not the best production, of the snapshot pages of any that I have ever seen !! He was a great photographer and will be remembered, as a friendly, capable, hard working individual that I can say that I was proud to be his friend !!!! His memory lives on........
