Aunt Agnes, Tim, Steve and David,
We are so sorry to hear about Uncle Jimmy. He will definitely be missed and we know there are no words to help how you are feeling now. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Agnes and family, I was so very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was such a kind person and would always make a point to ask me how my night shift was at the hospital when I stopped at Walmart on my way home from work in the AM. I'll always remember his smile. Although he will be greatly missed, we know there is a new angel in heaven.
You will be in my prayers during this difficult time.

Agnes and Family,
Jim was in fact the "one and only". For many years at Kings Dominion when you called his radio number the response was You got the one and only. Jim will always hold a special place in my heart. There were and are no others like him. Please know Bill and I are thinking of you.

We are so sorry to hear about Mr. Bailey's passing. We were in Walmart today and asked an associate how Pop was doing and he told us that he had passed away. He was always so nice to us when we shopped in Walmart. We will miss him.

DEAR FAMILY OF JAMES,
I FIRST MET HIM AT KINGS DOMINION, HE WAS THE SWEETEST MAN. HE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE. THEN I SAW HIM AGAIN AT WALMART. HE ALWAYS GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AND SO EAGER TO HELP WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING. HE WAS ONE OF A KIND. I WILL TRULY MISS HIM.
MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOU AND I PRAY THE LORD WILL EASE THE PAIN IN YOUR HEART.
YOU ALL HAVE WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF HIM AND HE WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU.

In this life we walk pass many people, some we know, some we don't, without even saying a word. Mr. Bailey had the unique ability to draw you into his presence for conversation and you always left glad you did. May he rest in peace...

What a wonderful man!!!!! Not only did he make us smile at Walmart in Ashland , but he also made sure that he asked us about how we were doing and was sincere about it . He was always willing to help wherever he was needed , in lawn and garden, fixing things or bring out the grill for the cookout for CMN, whatever we needed Pop was there . My thoughts go out to the family . Pop you are one of a kind and will be missed !!

Dear Mom and Family,
I am so sorry about the passing of Pop.He had the kindess soul and sweat nature that you do not see very often.I am so sorry that I will not be able to be there. You will be in my prayers. Pop will always have a special place in my heart. Everytime I look at Jill and the girls I know a part of him is living on.

I met James at Walmart about a year ago. After finding out I work at Kings Dominion, we had a good chat about the park and his days there. I am so pleased to have met him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

James Bailey was a kind man who always had a smile for a friend. I have very fond memories of him working in the plumbing shop at Kings Dominion, and later, whenever I would go in the Ashland Wal-Mart, or with my wife's family to St. Ann's. My prayers are with Agnes and the rest of his family. He will be missed.
