Passed away on October 15, 2025 at the age of 86.
Predeceased by his mother, Ruby Gropp; father, Bill Gropp; and sister, Hope Devling.
He is survived by his wife, Patty Lou Bailey; children, Teresa (Rich) Potter, Glenna (John) Chester, Deanna Carroll, Terry (Tammy) Hodge, and Eric (Lisa) Bailey; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Jim was a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
