I was a Highland High classmate. Graduate of 1983. Very heartbreaking to hear this story. My thoughts and prayers are with Jim's family members.

So sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. I had the pleasure of working with Jim for some years and was always impressed with his ability to relate to people at any level and build strong relationships. Customers and co-workers loved and trusted him. He was always so proud of his family, talking about them always brought a smile to his face. A great guy, wonderful memories, he will be missed be all of us he touched.

I am so saddened for your loss. I met Jim when I came to work for Rohm and Haas in 2007. Initially we were sales colleagues, who became good friends. I too learned about his passion for family, faith, and sports. We spent many nights traveling together and enjoyed exchanging our latest kids' stories. I read a comment one time that said ...."when you are gone, people won't necessarily remember you for what you said or did, but they will always remember you for how you made them feel". Jim made everyone feel special. Goodbye my friend.

Jim was a true example to all of us - his faith was shown in how he did his work and treated his colleagues. I learned a lot from Jim. Joanne, Casey, Corrie and Will, I heard many wonderful things about you over the years - he was so proud of you all. I am so sorry this happened to him and to you. Prayers for all of you.

I am so sorry for your sudden loss. Jim and I began in the lab at Morton about the same time and loved competing in the golf league together. After Jim moved into sales my technical team continued to support him so we had a great deal of communication and traveled together periodically. Jim was the most upstanding and professional person I ever worked with. I know his deep love for family and faith. He will be missed by all from family to work colleagues.

Sincerely

Keith

So Sorry for your loss. I worked with Jim back in the 90"s at Morton International and through mergers ending up with DOW. Great guy, competitive and seemed to be always on the go. I will pray for compassion and strength for Jim's entire family. This is really hard to believe!
