I had the honor & privilege of working with Chief Bell ( as Constable ) when he was In-Charge of the Valley Township Police Department... Fantastic officer and friend. A true gentleman in every sense of the word...kind, gentle, and extremely caring of everyone that he met both professionally and personally. Sadly, this world will be a less kinder or considerate place without him.
