James Forest Bixler

James or "Bix" as I called him was a dear friend and colleague at APD. He talked me into joining the departments bass fishing club and he taught me all about bass fishing. Bix and I would go fishing each month at various lakes and make a day of it. Bix had a kind and gentle soul and I loved his stories on growing up, serving in the military, the Olympics and anything about hunting & fishing. I was devastated to hear about his diagnosis and kept Bix and Cathy in my prayers. My deepest condolences to the family. Bix will be truly missed...
