In my last semester at Biola University, Dr Borrer was one of my teachers-I will never forget as he explained how man was made in God´s image and likeness-the Imago Dei-I was in tears as I realized how wonderful Man is - he is designed to express God and represent Him in this universe-this is God´s eternal purpose! Man was made to be God´s counterpart!

Dr. Borror was our spiritual father for so many years.. we were sad yet happy to see his home going - so glad we knew you and the family. Ken and Valorie Emilio...

We so appreciated pastor Borror"s sermons at Lakewood and following his Golden Minutes Ministry. As a Bible educator/scholar his messages, on God's word, always provided Biblical relevance and direction.

Dr. Borror is a excellent pastor and Bible teacher. I grew up attending Lakewood first Baptist.
I remember him saying to write an important scripture on your frontal lobe so you never forget it. And calling people motor boaters that would say "but, but, but, but, Dr. Borror"

I have many fond memories of listening to his teaching at church as a child and teenager. He did a wonderful job at my dad's funeral in 2010. Heaven is a better place with him there and I know he is worshipping our Holy God!
