Sandra and family, sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I remember Jim well from several family functions on the Bemont side way back in the day.

Jim was another great "old School" cop who always had a smile and would talk to us newbies back in the day. To his family, he will always be a part of HPD history and you should be proud of what he did.
