James Charles Dalton

He was my dad he died when i was 11. He was the best i just wish i had a little bit more time with him

James was a dear brother in Christ. We met at work where he joined our Bible study and then I later joined the church he attended. We shared discussions centered around our relationships with God, both at work and in group fellowship activities.
I remember so clearly when he found the love of his life and she agreed to marry him. He was so proud of her! I can only imagine how proud and happy he was to have three wonderful boys.
Although we lost touch after a few years, I still remember him as a good friend and a good person.
I miss him, and while I'm thankful that he is with God right now, it is sad that we have lost such an excellent person.

I will always remember and miss James' Friday sermons on hope where he visited all of the Dallas non-believers at HP, desk-by-desk, telling us why the Cowboys were going to win and why they were the better team. He was one of those persons whom you just knew, within 2 seconds, was good man that could be trusted. Miss you James.

To the family and friends of Mr. James Dalton. I'm so deeply sorry for the loss of your loved one, but know that you can depend on God at these times. I've found these verses to be of comfort at Psalms the 34th chapter the 17th and 18th verse.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. James would light up a room with his smile. Every time I would see him he would say how blessed he was and how the church was growing. He had such a passion for winning souls to Christ. You will be missed my friend.

May the powerful words recorded in the Bible at Matthew 5:4 encourage and strengthen your saddened heart.
