James Atwell Daniels, age 83, of Taylorsville, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the Allegany Center-Genesis.
He was born November 18, 1939 in Alexander County, the son of the late Lona Daniels.
He had worked for Broyhill Furniture most of his working career and was a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing and listening to music and was an avid Swap-Shop listener on B86.
Including his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Kerley Daniels.
Those left to cherish and honor his memory include numerous, cousins, friends and neighbors.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Adams Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Arlie Roten will officiate.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
