Julie and Richie,
Not sure you will get this message or not, I hope so.
I worked with your dad in the '70s and found out then that we shared the same birthday. I left Michigan in '78 but would talk to you dad on or around our birthdays every year without exception. I tried calling today but found that the number didn't work and googled your dad. He was an amazing man and one of the best friends I had in my Michigan days. He was smart and funny and we always got along great. I will miss him as I'm sure you will also.
So, so sorry.

Jim was a great neighbor and community member! He volunteered his time and skills for many projects at Arenac Eastern Schools, including the crow's nest, concession stand and flag pole, to name a few. He coached our boys in summer baseball. Neighbor Jim will be missed!
