James Benjamin DeWitt, 83, passed away on May 19, 2025, in Waxahachie, TX.
He is survived by two sons James DeWitt II and Jeremy Jonathan DeWitt of Waxahachie, TX and two grandsons.
James is preceded in death by his father Dean DeWitt and mother Eleanor Sellers DeWitt.
A Graveside service for James will be held on Tuesday, at 2:30 PM at Oak Hill Cemetery in Flatonia, TX.
Visitation: Tuesday, from 1:00-2:00 PM at Smith Funeral Home in Flatonia, TX.
Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery, Flatonia, TX.
