Mr. DiCicco was my senior year history teacher and I remember I just couldn't "get" history class, all 4 yrs I had to take over, so he allowed me 1 day to grade papers for him and in return he gave me a "C" on the test! That test grade allowed me to pass that semester. Thank you Mr. DiCicco and may you always RIP you will be missed

I didn't know Jimmy personally, but worked for many years with his devoted wife Claire. Through her, I came to know he was a loving family man and husband. I picture him with the angels in heaven, no longer suffering from the afflictions of this world, but in the incredible presence of God. Condolences to his family. May you find peace.

I am so saddened to read of Mr. DiCicco's passing. He was my history teacher at RV in Mt. Holly during my senior year 1988. I remember him being strict but not terribly so - he was good natured. What I may remember most is that he had beautiful, Sinatra-blue eyes! I will admit I had a little crush on him. He was a caring teacher and had my mom called in when my grades were dropping. He knew I was capable of better. He also was one of the teachers who came to the airport the day after the rest of the senior class landed in Disney, as I was a day late due to illness. I felt safe knowing two favorite teachers were there to take me back to the rest of the class. Reading about his interests and family life made me smile. I have always remembered and will never forget Mr. DiCicco. God bless the entire family as you adjust to this loss especially during Christmas, the most significant family holiday for talian families (I also am Italian). My heart is with you.
