James Drew Obituary
James W. Drew, 47, of Kingston, MA passed away on April 2, 2025. Also known as Jim or JD. He is survived by his 3 children, Colby, Bella, and Vivienne, his mother Carol Wood of Kingston, sister Jamie, brother in law Matthew and niece Cecelia Giordano. Jim was preceded in death by his father and best friend, James H. Drew.
Jim was a lover of the outdoors, which was reflected in both his hobbies and occupations. Jim loved fishing, boating, and motorsports, and loved sharing those passions with his family and friends. For the majority of his career he worked alongside his father and grandfather in tree removal and in irrigation in later years.
Those who were lucky enough to have spent time with Jim, knew how loyal and caring he was. To some he was a protector, to others a source of comfort, but to all, a fierce friend.
Visiting hours will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St, Kingston MA on Friday, April 11th from 10:00 to 12:30pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to any charity of your choice in Jim's memory.
