James O'Dell Farley, better known as "Sam", was born September 18, 1957 In Westerville, Ohio to the union of Donald Edward and Betty Elisabeth Spellman Farley who proceeded him into Eternity. He was the second of two children. One sibling proceeded him in death his brother Donald Farley Jr. Sam was a long time resident of Pataskala Ohio.
Sam spent most of his childhood growing up in the Westerville area. He had a passion for motorcycles, and love to ride. Sam love to reflect about his times of living in California. He worked as a Bricklayer for several years.
Not much is known about his remaining Children and Family members. He is survived by Two daughters, their names and their where about are unknown at this time? Sam leaves behind one son Cody James Farley, and two Grandchildren Londyn and Jaxlynn, one cousin Michael and his wife Pamela Farley. One Adopted daughter named Ivana. He was known as PaPa Sam, to Londyn during his life time. Londyn & Ivana, brought so much Joy and Love and support into his life.
He leaves behind to cherish several Friends where he last lived within the NCR Community and a close friend name (Penny). We believe that he may also been survived by a lot of Unknown Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. Sam had many close friends in the Pataskala area, where he lived for 15 years: Tony, Perry, Ricky, Jesse D. & Jesss S., Essie, and Able & Don, his Club Brothers, and Pastor Mason of Philippi Baptist Church, and a host of many other friends. Our Sam, will forever be missed...
