James Felton Obituary

He was born on Monday, April 23, 1951 to the late James W. Felton and the late Cleatis Hopkins Felton. He was the husband of Elizabeth Irene Felton.
In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his sisters: Ruby Seibers, Lucy Carter, Marie Trusty, Carolyn Sherrell, and Bonnie Fox; and brother: Charles Felton.
He is survived by his wife: Elizabeth Felton; sisters: Mary Richardson, Brenda Bray, and Linda Farley; son: Adam (Jackie) Felton; daughters: LeeAnn (Darrin) Mathis, Chrissy (Michael) Nichols, and Ashley (Tyler) Brockman; grandchildren: Ben Felton Maggie (Miguel) Lomas, Calli Barnes (Paul Keller), Kelyn Brockman (Abby Songer), Mia James Mathis, Jamison Felton, David James Nichols, and Jordan Nichols; great-grandchildren: Rayla Luna Lomas, Mariana Emler Lomas, and Stevie Brockman; and many nieces and nephews.
A gathering of friends and family will be held at Oak Lawn Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM.
