James H. Fields, 94, passed away peacefully on January 16 in Ravenel SC. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Knoxville College graduate, and Tennessee Valley Authority retiree, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Known for his faith, service, and artistry, he touched countless lives. Preceded by wife Alva, he leaves behind a devoted family.
Home Going Celebration services will be held Monday, January 27, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Northminister Presbyterian Church 4791 Hal Dr Chattanooga, TN. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.Interment will follow the service at Hamilton Memorial Gardens Hwy 153 Hixson, TN.
