James Fitzsimmons Obituary

He was born on January 21, 1955 in Newburg, MO. He was one of three sons born to Myrl and the late Virgil Fitzsimmons.
Jimmy proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was united in marriage to Debbie Locke on November 1, 2001. She preceded him in death on November 14, 2022.
He mastered many jobs in his life and ended his career as a furniture salesman. Jimmy was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed getting kids involved in the outdoors. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family and loved spending time at Truman Lake fishing for crappie.
Jimmy is survived by his Mother, Myrl Devins, one brother - Jon Fitzsimmons, son Jimmy ( Natalie ) Fitzsimmons, daughter Kimberly ( Rodney) Johnson, four grandsons- Xavier Johnson, Layne, Lathan and and Trace Fitzsimmons, two granddaughters- Ellie and Lynnie Spencer, numerous friends who were like family.
In addition to his wife Debbie, Jimmy was proceeded in death by his Father, Virgil ( Pat ) Fitzsimmons, Step-Father, David Devins and brother, Jay Fitzsimmons.
Private services, will be held at a later date.
