JAMES H. FRANKS, JR., age 74, passed away March 24, 2026. Devoted husband of Sun Nyo Franks for nearly 39 years. James was a proud retired U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and a longtime teacher. He was a responsible, kind and gentle man and will be dearly missed. He will be interred at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Services will be announced in the coming days.
